Armando Gonzalez-Mijares, NeocomPromo CEO and President has been a successful advertising executive and an entrepreneur since 1990. Started as a videographer and journalist, and he then transitioned to marketing and advertising. He has created and led international campaigns for transnational corporations such as Burger King, Pizza Hut, Swarovski, Cargill, HBO Latin America, and Nestle, as well as government entities including the Inter-American Development Bank, PDVSA, and more. Armando holds an MBA from IESA, Caracas, Venezuela; a BA in Mass Communications, and a film specialization. 

 

Dalia Dorta, Marketing and Communications Director has extensive experience in strategic planning, business development, marketing research, advertising, PR, and corporate and diplomatic communications. Her background includes working with Microsoft, Oracle, Cisco, Hughes, Honeywell, Department of Commerce, National Park Service, US Forest Service, World Bank, and IDB; as well as banking, financial services, oil industry, retail, and professional services. Dalia has a BS in Engineering, MEd ESL/SSL Education, and an MBA. Dalia served as an appointed Official to Boulder County Housing & Human Services Advisory Committee. Currently serves on 

Board of Trustees of the National Parks Conservation Association, Denver Art Museum - Alianza de las Artes Latinoamericanas Advisory Council, and on Adelante Colorado /Latino Community Foundation Advisory Council.
